Care & Cleaning
Rinse it after use and wipe the outside with a soft cloth and mild soap. Clean the nozzles regularly to keep hard water buildup from blocking the spray.
Will it fit my shower?
It fits standard handheld shower hoses. If you have a fixed overhead shower head only, you will need a handheld hose setup.
Does it need charging?
No. It runs on water pressure, so there is no battery and nothing to charge.
What do the three settings do?
PleasureJet is a focused stream for clitoral play, PleasureWhirl is a rotating massage stream, and PowderRain is a soft, full spray for washing.
Can I use it as my everyday shower head?
Yes. PowderRain is made for regular showers, and the Wave looks like a standard shower head.
Do I need lube?
Not for the water itself. If you add lube for other play, use a silicone formula, since water rinses water-based lube away quickly.
Shipping & Discreet Packaging
Every order ships discreetly, always. Adult items arrive in a plain brown box or tan bubble-lined envelope with a label that simply reads "Shipping Department." Clothing and jewelry labels read "TWU" and nothing else.
Free shipping on orders over $75. Most orders process in 1 to 3 business days and arrive in about 3 to 7 business days via USPS or UPS. We stock items across several US warehouses, so your order may arrive in more than one package.
Returns
For health and safety reasons, adult toys, lingerie, underwear, teddies, swimwear and bodysuits can't be returned once they leave our warehouse. Sale items are final sale.
Other items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days if they're new, unused and in their original packaging. If anything arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we'll make it right with an exchange or store credit.
