Care & Cleaning
Rinse the sleeve with warm water and a mild unscented soap or a toy cleaner. Because the CleanTech Silicone is nonporous, cleanup is quick. Air dry fully, then cap it with the vented protector lids for storage. Use a water-based lubricant only.
How does the tightness adjustment work?
You twist the band on the body to move through 8 levels, from a looser hold to a firm, snug grip, so you can fine-tune the pressure.
Does it need batteries or charging?
No. Voy is a fully manual stroker. The adjustment is mechanical, so there is nothing to charge.
What is it made of?
Body-safe CleanTech Silicone with a smooth, durable finish.
Shipping & Discreet Packaging
Every order ships discreetly, always. Adult items arrive in a plain brown box or tan bubble-lined envelope with a label that simply reads "Shipping Department." Clothing and jewelry labels read "TWU" and nothing else.
Free shipping on orders over $75. Most orders process in 1 to 3 business days and arrive in about 3 to 7 business days via USPS or UPS. We stock items across several US warehouses, so your order may arrive in more than one package.
Returns
For health and safety reasons, adult toys, lingerie, underwear, teddies, swimwear and bodysuits can't be returned once they leave our warehouse. Sale items are final sale.
Other items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days if they're new, unused and in their original packaging. If anything arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we'll make it right with an exchange or store credit.
