What kind of lube is it?
Silicone-based. Two ingredients: dimethicone and dimethiconol.
Is it safe to use with silicone toys?
No. Silicone lubricant can degrade silicone toys. Use water-based or hybrid lube with silicone toys. Silicone lube is fine with glass, metal, ceramic, ABS plastic toys, and latex condoms.
Is it condom safe?
Yes. Silicone lube is safe with latex, polyisoprene, and polyurethane condoms.
Does it have flavor or fragrance?
No. Fragrance-free.
Is it glycerin / paraben free?
Yes to both. And vegan, no animal byproducts.
Shipping & Discreet Packaging
Every order ships discreetly, always. Adult items arrive in a plain brown box or tan bubble-lined envelope with a label that simply reads "Shipping Department." Clothing and jewelry labels read "TWU" and nothing else.
Free shipping on orders over $75. Most orders process in 1 to 3 business days and arrive in about 3 to 7 business days via USPS or UPS. We stock items across several US warehouses, so your order may arrive in more than one package.
Returns
For health and safety reasons, adult toys, lingerie, underwear, teddies, swimwear and bodysuits can't be returned once they leave our warehouse. Sale items are final sale.
Other items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days if they're new, unused and in their original packaging. If anything arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we'll make it right with an exchange or store credit.
