Care & Cleaning

The Handy 2 is not waterproof, so do not submerge it and keep the motor housing dry. Remove the sleeve to clean it: rinse with warm water and a mild unscented soap or a toy cleaner, then use the included sleeve dryer to dry it fully before storing. Wipe the device with a damp cloth only. Use a water-based lubricant.

Is it hands-free?

Yes. A next-gen motor does the stroking, and built-in mounting screws let you secure it so you do not have to hold it.

What makes it interactive?

The Handy 2 connects so you can sync it to interactive experiences and hand control to a partner, whether they are in the room or far away.

Can I change the sleeve?

Yes. The ClickOn system lets you swap the sleeve and accessories quickly. It comes with the TrueGrip Gen 3 sleeve and the ClickOn Core holder.

Is it waterproof?

No. Keep the device dry and clean the sleeve separately.

How does it charge?

Over USB-C, with fast charging. For best performance we recommend a standard PD 20V 3.25A, 65W charger.

Shipping & Discreet Packaging

Every order ships discreetly, always. Adult items arrive in a plain brown box or tan bubble-lined envelope with a label that simply reads "Shipping Department." Clothing and jewelry labels read "TWU" and nothing else.

Free shipping on orders over $75. Most orders process in 1 to 3 business days and arrive in about 3 to 7 business days via USPS or UPS. We stock items across several US warehouses, so your order may arrive in more than one package.

Returns

For health and safety reasons, adult toys, lingerie, underwear, teddies, swimwear and bodysuits can't be returned once they leave our warehouse. Sale items are final sale.

Other items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days if they're new, unused and in their original packaging. If anything arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we'll make it right with an exchange or store credit.
