Care & Cleaning
Wash with mild unscented soap and warm water before first use and after every session. Use a toy cleaner for a deeper clean. Don't microwave. Wipe dry to prevent water spots. Store in a soft pouch or padded box so the gem doesn't scratch.
Does it have a flared base?
Yes. The heart-shaped rose quartz base is wider than the shaft and stays externally visible during wear, so the plug can't slip too far.
What lube works with it?
Any lube type is safe with metal. Water-based is the everyday default; silicone lube lasts longer for extended wear.
Is it safe for anal use?
Yes. Nickel-free aluminum alloy is body-safe and the flared heart base keeps the plug from slipping too far in.
Can I do temperature play?
Yes. Warm the plug under warm running water or chill in cool water before insertion. Don't microwave. Test on the inside of the wrist first.
Shipping & Discreet Packaging
Every order ships discreetly, always. Adult items arrive in a plain brown box or tan bubble-lined envelope with a label that simply reads "Shipping Department." Clothing and jewelry labels read "TWU" and nothing else.
Free shipping on orders over $75. Most orders process in 1 to 3 business days and arrive in about 3 to 7 business days via USPS or UPS. We stock items across several US warehouses, so your order may arrive in more than one package.
Returns
For health and safety reasons, adult toys, lingerie, underwear, teddies, swimwear and bodysuits can't be returned once they leave our warehouse. Sale items are final sale.
Other items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days if they're new, unused and in their original packaging. If anything arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we'll make it right with an exchange or store credit.
