Care & Cleaning
Wipe the synthetic leather with a damp cloth and a small amount of mild soap. Don't soak. Wipe the rose-gold hardware dry. Air dry.
Will it fit my neck?
The buckle adjusts at the back to fit a wide range of neck sizes. Two-finger test for fit.
What's the hardware made of?
Rose-gold plated nickel-free metal. Safer for buyers with nickel sensitivity.
How does it close?
Adjustable buckle at the back of the collar. The leash clips into the front D-ring with a snap-hook.
Can I get it off in an emergency?
Yes. The buckle releases by hand and the leash snap-hook opens at any time. Have safety scissors on hand for any restraint scene.
Can I wear it without the leash?
Yes. The leash snap-hook detaches from the D-ring, so the collar wears as a stand-alone choker for day wear.
Shipping & Discreet Packaging
Every order ships discreetly, always. Adult items arrive in a plain brown box or tan bubble-lined envelope with a label that simply reads "Shipping Department." Clothing and jewelry labels read "TWU" and nothing else.
Free shipping on orders over $75. Most orders process in 1 to 3 business days and arrive in about 3 to 7 business days via USPS or UPS. We stock items across several US warehouses, so your order may arrive in more than one package.
Returns
For health and safety reasons, adult toys, lingerie, underwear, teddies, swimwear and bodysuits can't be returned once they leave our warehouse. Sale items are final sale.
Other items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days if they're new, unused and in their original packaging. If anything arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we'll make it right with an exchange or store credit.
