Care & Cleaning
Wipe the silicone end with mild soap and warm water, or a toy cleaner.
Keep the feathers dry. Shake them out and let them air rather than washing them.
Store it hanging or laid flat so the feathers do not crush.
What is the difference between the two ends?
The feather end is almost weightless and works through anticipation. The silicone end has enough substance to flick and give a light sting. Alternating between them is far more effective than either one alone.
Does the silicone end hurt?
No. It is a small tuft of strands rather than weighted falls, so the most it does is a light sting. For real impact you want a flogger.
What should I pair it with?
A blindfold, and something from ticklers and sensation play that feels nothing like it, such as a pinwheel. Contrast is what makes this kind of play land.
Shipping & Discreet Packaging
Every order ships discreetly, always. Adult items arrive in a plain brown box or tan bubble-lined envelope with a label that simply reads "Shipping Department." Clothing and jewelry labels read "TWU" and nothing else.
Free shipping on orders over $75. Most orders process in 1 to 3 business days and arrive in about 3 to 7 business days via USPS or UPS. We stock items across several US warehouses, so your order may arrive in more than one package.
Returns
For health and safety reasons, adult toys, lingerie, underwear, teddies, swimwear and bodysuits can't be returned once they leave our warehouse. Sale items are final sale.
Other items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days if they're new, unused and in their original packaging. If anything arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we'll make it right with an exchange or store credit.
