Wipe with a damp cloth and dry right away. Don't soak it or use solvents. Store flat in a cool, dry place.
Will it fit my neck?
The band adjusts from 32 to 43 cm (about 12.5 to 17 inches) via a buckle in the back with multiple holes. Use the two-finger test once it's on: snug enough to stay in place, loose enough that you can slip two fingers between the collar and your skin.
How durable is it?
Vegan leather body with reinforced stitching and metal hardware. Made for actual wear, not just costume use.
What's it made of?
Black vegan leather band, 18mm wide, with rose-gold-tone metal letters, a silver alloy buckle, and metal D-ring loops. Letters are 21mm tall.
How does it fasten?
Adjustable buckle in the back with multiple holes.
How do I order with a custom phrase?
Choose the number of letters in your phrase and add to cart. In the checkout notes, type the exact phrase you want spelled out. We will craft the collar and ship it to you.
How many letters can I fit?
Letter capacity depends on the variant you choose at checkout. Pick the option that matches the length of your phrase, including spaces if you want them counted.
Can I wear it all day or sleep in it?
Yes for daywear. For sleep, make sure you can slip two fingers under it and that no hardware can snag. Skip the shower since moisture damages vegan leather.
Can I get it off in an emergency?
Yes. The buckle releases by hand.
Is the metal hardware hypoallergenic?
The hardware is plated metal. If you have a known nickel allergy, do a brief skin test before extended wear.
Shipping & Discreet Packaging
Every order ships discreetly, always. Adult items arrive in a plain brown box or tan bubble-lined envelope with a label that simply reads "Shipping Department." Clothing and jewelry labels read "TWU" and nothing else.
Free shipping on orders over $75. Most orders process in 1 to 3 business days and arrive in about 3 to 7 business days via USPS or UPS. We stock items across several US warehouses, so your order may arrive in more than one package.
Returns
For health and safety reasons, adult toys, lingerie, underwear, teddies, swimwear and bodysuits can't be returned once they leave our warehouse. Sale items are final sale.
Other items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days if they're new, unused and in their original packaging. If anything arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we'll make it right with an exchange or store credit.
