Care & Cleaning
Once installed, rinse gently with cool water and mild shampoo. Skip hot water and harsh products. Air dry. Don't machine wash the loose fiber on its own.
What exactly am I getting?
A jumbo bundle of soft synthetic hair fiber, packaged in a loose braid for shipping. You unwind the packaging braid and use the loose hair as a raw material to braid into your own hair, build into plaits, weave into box braids, or rig as quick clip-in extensions. The packaged braid is not a wearable finished piece on its own.
How do I use it?
Untwist the braid to release the loose fiber, then incorporate it into your own hair however you like. Most common methods: split the bundle and braid pieces into your natural hair as additions, plait the whole bundle alongside a section of your hair to create a thick fantasy braid, or sew/clip the fiber to a hair tie for a fast festival look.
How long is it?
Jumbo length, roughly 24 inches when stretched out. You can trim the ends to your preferred length once installed.
Can I curl or straighten it?
It's synthetic fiber. Skip flat irons and curling wands set above low heat. Heat damages most synthetic hair. Hot water dipping (in a bowl) can set a curl pattern if you want to style it.
Can I reuse it?
Once braided into your own hair the fiber holds shape until you unbraid. After unbraiding, you can detangle gently and use it again, but each install adds wear. For festivals and one-off events, plan for one to three uses.
Does the tinsel fall out?
Tinsel strands are woven through the fiber so they stay put through normal handling. Some loose strands shake out the first time you unwrap, that's expected.

Every order ships discreetly, always. Adult items arrive in a plain brown box or tan bubble-lined envelope with a label that simply reads "Shipping Department." Clothing and jewelry labels read "TWU" and nothing else.
Free shipping on orders over $75. Most orders process in 1 to 3 business days and arrive in about 3 to 7 business days via USPS or UPS. We stock items across several US warehouses, so your order may arrive in more than one package.
Returns
For health and safety reasons, adult toys, lingerie, underwear, teddies, swimwear and bodysuits can't be returned once they leave our warehouse. Sale items are final sale.
Other items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days if they're new, unused and in their original packaging. If anything arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we'll make it right with an exchange or store credit.
