Care & Cleaning
Rinse with warm water after every use. Wash with mild unscented soap and warm water for a deeper clean. Air dry fully before returning to the foil pouch. Don't expose the TPE to direct sun or heat. Add water-based lube as needed.
What is it made of?
Soft, stretchy TPE in a teal and white foil pouch. TPE is porous, so treat it as a single-user toy or use a condom for sharing.
What size is it?
One size fits most. The TPE is stretchy by design.
Is it disposable or reusable?
Designed for short-run reuse. Rinse after every use, dry inside the pouch, and replace when the surface degrades.
What lube should I use?
water-based is always safe with TPE. hybrid is also safe. Avoid silicone lube on TPE over time, it can degrade some grades. Avoid oil-based lubes.
Is it waterproof?
Yes. Safe for shower play.
Shipping & Discreet Packaging
Every order ships discreetly, always. Adult items arrive in a plain brown box or tan bubble-lined envelope with a label that simply reads "Shipping Department." Clothing and jewelry labels read "TWU" and nothing else.
Free shipping on orders over $75. Most orders process in 1 to 3 business days and arrive in about 3 to 7 business days via USPS or UPS. We stock items across several US warehouses, so your order may arrive in more than one package.
Returns
For health and safety reasons, adult toys, lingerie, underwear, teddies, swimwear and bodysuits can't be returned once they leave our warehouse. Sale items are final sale.
Other items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days if they're new, unused and in their original packaging. If anything arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we'll make it right with an exchange or store credit.
